Jennifer R. Brown, jennifer.brown@evergreenps.org, currently teaches third grade at Columbia Valley Elementary School in the Evergreen School District in Vancouver, Washington. She is a doctoral student at Washington State University–Vancouver as well as an adjunct professor at Portland State University. She is interested in problem-based mathematics instruction and how professional development can help support teacher learning in this area.
