Higinio Dominguez, higinio@msu.edu, an assistant professor in the Department of Teacher Education at Michigan State University, researches how the process of noticing influences Latino and Latina students' discursive presence in math.

Melissa Adams, melissa.adams@austinisd.org, teaches thirdgrade math at Ridgetop Elementary School in Austin, Texas. She is interested in the use of bilingualism and high-level math tasks to support students' learning.
