Daniel L. Fitzpatrick, dfitzpatrick@austin.utexas.edu, is a clinical assistant professor at the University of Texas (UT) at Austin and a master teacher in the UTeach program. His interests include teacher education, argumentation, and the use of dynamic software in teaching and learning mathematics.

Victoria S. Dominguez, VSDominguez@utexas.edu, is a preservice mathematics teacher in the UTeach program at UT–Austin. Through her work in Maker spaces, she has become interested in student equity and diversity as well as formal and informal mathematical discourse.
